The Crawler Mucking Loader is suitable for large, medium and small roadways with a working cross-section of over 2.4×2.4 meters and a slope within 25 degrees. It is mainly used for tunneling and loading operations in roadways of coal mines, non-coal mines, urban pipe networks, etc. It features stable loading, flexible operation, continuous actions, powerful shoveling, no material spillage, continuous high efficiency and labor savings. This machine uses crawler travel and a conveying system with thick chains and high scrapers. The integral conveying trough is welded from high-strength steel plates, being durable. The machine is equipped with a built-in low-speed high-torque motor travel reducer, offering high trafficability. The travel frame has high structural strength and rigidity, formed by bending. The track rollers, carrier rollers, guide wheels and drive sprocket teeth are all made of alloy steel, processed strictly according to technological requirements and quenched, ensuring good wear resistance and long service life.
